Our culinary team at Nowland Dining Hall serves delicious food to our guests while keeping safety as the top priority. Please refer to the "Bengal Promise" and adhere to all safety guidelines set forth by the UMFK campus. We are all in this together!

The Nowland Servery has received an extensive renovation this summer, allowing for better traffic flow and an overall refreshed appearance. Here you will enjoy a diverse menu including International recipes, grill favorites, pizza, deli sandwiches, soup, salads, comfort foods and desserts. A new "My Zone" station is available with two refrigerators and a pantry stocked with Gluten free, peanut & tree nut-free items). There is also a dedicated toaster and microwave to use with products from this area. This leads into our new Simple Servings station, which provides safe and appetizing food choices for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, and those who prefer simple foods. All foods offered at the Simple Servings station are naturally free of milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and gluten. Still have concerns? Our staff is always able to assist and accommodate those with food allergies and other dietary requirements.
